Kay Absher is the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Norman and the CEO for the Norman Affordable Housing Corporation. She has been with the Housing Authority for 20 years. She is the Immediate Past President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials and will serve her fourth term as a member of National NAHRO’s Member Services Committee. She has recently been elected Senior Vice President of the Southwest Regional NAHRO organization.
